Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Cotton & Steam purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unwashed, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scents
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Final Sale Items: Sale items, clearance merchandise, and any personalized or monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

Email us at support@cottonandsteam.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Carefully repack items in their original packaging or a secure box. Include the return authorization and original packing slip.

Send your package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Exchanges: Return shipping is your responsibility; we ship the exchange item free of charge

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. Simply note in your return request that you'd like an exchange and specify the item you'd prefer. We'll reserve your new item and ship it as soon as we receive your return.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
